Effective August 2021, RocketBroadband will become Akative
We’re thrilled to announce that we are growing and transforming. These are exciting times, where game-changing new technologies like 5G and significant new satellite-based broadband networks are coming online, and our technologies stand at the intersection of these connectivity solutions. Akative allows companies to easily integrate these new broadband sources to deliver true multi-carrier connectivity to eliminate downtime.
Why The Change?
As we have evolved at RocketBroadband, it has become clear to us that our mission to develop state-of-the-art technology for the network edge needs to evolve to incorporate AI deeply. We have several patents and patents pending, and we’re not slowing down our pace of radical innovation.
We’re confident that autonomous technology will fuel the Fifth Industrial Revolution. We believe that significant advances in AI/ML/DL will lead to autonomous technology that will revolutionize everything from self-driving vehicles to factory automation, shipping, healthcare, education, security, customer service, and high-resiliency (self-healing) communications.

Our Vision
Our vision is to continue on the path of providing solutions that strive to provide Zero-Downtime™ by integrating any form of broadband connectivity. If we think of something traditionally autonomous, most thoughts include self-governing vehicles that can map their surroundings and navigate potholes, road construction, or slowdowns due to traffic jams. Now, if we think of an autonomous network in the same light, Akative systems will function in the same way to automatically identify network issues and to ‘steer’ traffic over whatever connection is necessary to maintain business operations. Taken a step further, Akative will then take proactive steps to attempt to repair and resolve connectivity - eliminating substantial tier-3 network support labor.
These technologies will result in better connectivity with far less cost by eliminating low-level failures and offloading diagnostic tasks to optimized AI/DL. In addition to our name change, Akative will also usher in a new online store. With select packages, our store will make it easier to add systems to new locations or get a comprehensive quote from an Akative representative more easily.
